We have a 14 day no questions asked return policy for all unopened products. Due to the nature of our products and hygienic reasons California Honey does not accept products that have been opened and used. If the return request is due to the potentially not working properly and or defective will be handled on a case by case basis, it is essential all original packaging and materials are saved/available as our replacement team may request these in order to approve your replacement.

Only defect or product issues requested will need prior authorization and be handled on a case by case basis.

 

• Refund/Replacement: All returns can take up to 7-10 business days to fully process. Once a return has been made and received you will receive an email confirmation and a refund back to your original payment method will be issued which can take anywhere form 24-72 hours to fully process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
